Isn't it funny how you can smell something and remember the time and place, people, things and etc of when you last smelt that smell?? I've even found that the opposite is true.. If I think about my grandma I can still remember the way her house smelt. It's kinda cool

Canon beach.

I took this shot at canon beach.. It was drizzling and I think it made this shot

Only to me....

So I decide to dust my desk. Your probably thinking..."well only good can come from this". See that's where your wrong.. Because in the process of dusting I hit my change bowl. It was packed to the rim with over 3 dollars in pennies. PENNIES!!!!!

And did they all stay in the general area?? Why would they?? After about 4 tumbles my change bowl comes to a rest and dispenes the rest of it's worthless cargo.. 4 feet from my desk.

So now..... I'm on my hands and knees picking up pennie after worthless Pennie.. So no longer will I ever do spontaneous acts of good around my room.

Outdoor climbing.

This was earlier in the year. We were at rocky butte. This particular route was a 5.11b. As if that isn't bad enough it was LONG!! Our rope was close to hanging off the ground.

Ha and those shoes... I got a new pair soon after this shot and retired those ones... And then I went camping and the riverbed was super rocky so I turned those into watershoes! They worked great too! Who knew??

Best pants ever.

Ok so I saw these pants at the store and I really liked the color and the cut (slim straight and button fly.) what I didn't like though was the size. I'm a 28/29 waist by a 34 length. And these were 31/34 so I new they would be big. So I bought them anyways and with a belt they are great.

But that's not even the good part!! They are 100% organicly made. I think it's hemp and something else. They are sooooo comfy. I use them as climbing pants alot. They stretch and breathe amazingly.

Now guess who can't find them anywhere else in the world???

My new favorite bouldering route! It's a really crimpy v4. It's a really big move to the first hold which is a really tiny 2 finger hold. After some fancy footwork I move to the next hold which is a small pinch and if you miss the sweet spot you fall off. After that I have to make a huge lunge and catch the lip of a little hold and make a quick move up to a tiny little sloped hold. So with my left hand up above my head and my right hand below my waist I jump and have to hold on to a cresent shaped hold which is as smooth as glass so there isn't much time to hang around. From there is a big jump to the top.

It's such a perfect route. Really hard holds and it requires plenty of balance moves which I love.

New program.
